A USDA-funded partnership is working with producers to develop a regional meat value chain. We would like to determine the level of interest in meat value-added, mobile slaughter services, and cold storage to be offered through a potential food enterprise center, including identifying producers ready to expand into value-added processing and the products they are seeking to create.
